- Students who do not meet the minimum ACT math score for MATH 143 should take MATH 109 (PRE-CALCULUS ALGEBRA) and MATH 110 (PRE-CALCULUS TRIGONOMETRY AND FUNCTION THEORY).
- Qualified students should take MATH 270 (Calculus I) in lieu of MATH 143.
- Students may want to consider taking BIOL 220 (and lab 221): SURVEY OF HUMAN ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY in the summer to reduce their course load during the fall and spring semesters of the sophomore year.
